Astronomy

Astronomy has always been one of my biggest passions, and this page is devoted to show off some of the pictures I've taken from my telescope that represent that passion! Astronomy is so important to me and I believe it relates to my passion for joining the Global Studies Program. Astronomy pushes me to strive and do well in this program to become a better global citizen, and possibly major in Astronomy!

Saturn

The universe in general has been something that I have always found so amazing, and some of these pictures show's my passion for astronomy. This picture is of Saturn from my telescope. The planet looks a bit hard to see through my telescope, but you can see this is Saturn from it's awesome rings. When I look at Saturn, it reminds me of my passion for astronomy and my possible career choice of becoming an astronomer. When looking at this picture, I gain motivation and passion to do my best work possible, and relates in many ways to Global Studies. Being able to see the rings I took a photo of amazes me, even if it is a bit blurry.

Jupiter

Just like Saturn, Jupiter is another planet that gives me so much passion and motivation to be able to do what I want in life, and give me some of my motivation to do the best I can possibly do. Seeing Jupiter for the first time through my own telescope was the most amazing experiences, and always try to look through my lens whenever I can. I took this photo and even though it's blurry, the planet still looks amazing.

The Moon

Seeing the Moon through my telescope was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. When looking at the moon just through my eyes, even though I could see a big circle in the sky, I wanted to see the giant craters with my own eyes through my telescope. Being able to see hundreds if not thousands of individual craters was so amazing, and was one of the biggest reasons for why I love astronomy.
